Currencies – we currently only accept CAD and shall accept CAD as the official currency for all calculations.
Credit Card Security – We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We process payment by credit card through Merchant, and therefore we are not holding your Credit Card information.
Damage or Declared Goods – DHL, FEDEX, UPS and USPS will only cover the actual goods value if the package is damaged by the shipping agent during the transporting of your goods. goods value is calculated based on the shipping declared invoice value.
You are required to make a report to us on damaged item(s) in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.
- We shall endeavor to deliver your order within 1- 4 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specified. You should be able to receive your order within 4-14 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after shipment date, depending on the shipping courier you have chosen.
- NPM CANADA is committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature. NPM CANADA reserves the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver.
- NPM CANADA is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, NPM CANADA will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.
- In the event if your package is lost by the shipping courier and your package has been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.
Guarantee – Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction at NPM CANADA. If you are not happy with our service or product, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem.
Laws – To the extent permitted by law, all sales at NPM CANADA are governed by CANADIAN law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
Linked sites – NPM CANADA may contain links to other Internet sites (“linked sites”). NPM CANADA does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications or materials available at such linked sites. These links are provided merely for your convenience. You are solely responsible for understanding any terms and conditions that may apply when you visit or place orders with the linked sites.
Missing Item – You are required to report missing item in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.
Non-acceptance of Order – Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- incomplete shipping info or overcharged destinations
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which are non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of 12% from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.
Product Return – If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the first 7 day after delivery, you can return your order to us for a refund. We believe that you should have the best possible online shopping experience. Therefore, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase contact us at: email@example.com and we will process the refund request. We will be deducting from the refund the shipping, 18% Handling and Restocking fee and the additional merchant transaction fees.
Returned item shipping:
- You can use your original NPM CANADA box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
DO NOT SHIP ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING NPM CANADA FIRST, UNAUTHORIZED ITEM WILL BE REJECTED

- Order and Credit Card Information
NPM CANADA uses Merchant Provider, a third-party provider of e-commerce solutions, NPM CANADA do not keep your Credit Card Information. Merchant Provider does not share credit card information with NPM CANADA Network. Merchant Provider keeps your credit card information confidential and protects your credit card information through the use of industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology.
Refund Policy – Refunds will be given at the discretion of NPM CANADA management. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
domestic orders – USA and CANADA orders will be delivered directly from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC CANADA. In some cases products may be shipped directly from our affiliate warehouse in USA. Customer should not pay additional charges to shipper when receiving the products, if the customer has been instructed to do so by shipper, please contact our support at email@example.com
International orders – purchaser is liable to verify any tax, duty and import regulation at the destination country. Cancellation, refund and warranty policies are not applicable to international orders.
Warranty Terms –
NPM CANADA WARRANTY

NPM CANADA warranty includes repair or 1 to 1 replacement within 2 years from purchase day for defects.
Hardware damaged items will not be accepted. All items must be shipped to NPM CANADA warehouse in Canada in their original packaging. All the original items must be included in the shipment. Products which have been modified from its original operation will not be accepted.
Some product(s) might be offered by NPM CANADA are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Unless indicated on the product, manufacture warranty is not included.
NO WARRANTY / LIMITED WARRANTY
Certain products might be offered by NPM CANADA without warranty, as will be indicated on the product. Although we might be able to assist you through our support channels, please contact email@example.com for further instruction.
Permanent makeup industry is governed by provisions of the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) and the Cosmetic Regulations. Permanent makeup can only be practiced by a trained and certified practitioner. For additional information please visit: Health Canada
Each order will be subject to TAX in the rate according to the province or state that the order will be shipped to.
As NPM introduces new technology and methods to practice permanent makeup, each practitioner purchasing the products in order to use the machine MUST go through our training session. In cases where personal training is unavailable, we could schedule video conference call. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your training.
Practitioner providing services and treatment to their clients cannot hold NPM CANADA liable for misconduct of a treatment or mistakes. In case of doubt, we highly suggest to postpone the treatment and email: email@example.com with your questions or concerns.
